    Updates and Support for week of June 13th - June 19th

    OMG we are almost at the finish line friends!!!Well got sick the other week and quite honestly have been keeping it at bay by a thread. I will hope to enjoy a little break after the 25th.I'm so happy with how well I've done with mastering new, clean eating habits. The new songs are almost all written/recorded.     Hi Everyone,I have a bit of sad news to report today. One of our fellow natFriends Rob was involved in a serious accident which resulted in a spinal injury on June 1.     Updates and Support for week of June 6th - June 12th

    Hi Loves!Wow, so sorry these are late.Got so sick last week and have been crankin it at sessions to make up for lost time.I didn't have a great week last week as I really wasn't able to get much work done on account of having a horrible ear infection. Finally got some antibiotics and the Dr. ordered me to rest so I did rest Thurs-Sunday. I lost weight on account of being sick and didn't get any workouts in. And I ate a half a cookie the other day. Oh well, I figured I could get away with it.…See More
